APPEAL The Committee for Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation of the Conference of the Missionary Institutes Italian (CIMI) , answering the call of the International Platform Just impunity in Rwanda, is present at the Italian civil society, religious communities, the national media and the Italian Government raises serious concern that the situation of captivity which is under the main political opponent of the Rwandan regime, Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza.
